Minimun order value
The minimun order value is 12 EUR. Orders lower than 12 EUR will be charged by an extra amount of the difference between the value of goods and this 12 EUR (= 12 EUR - value of goods).
Concerning all customers outside Germany the minimun value order is 20 EUR. Orders lower than 20 EUR will be charged by an extra amount of the difference between the value of goods and this 12 EUR (= 12 EUR - value of goods).
Shipping and Packaging
Dispatch to Germany:
  • Insured shipping per parcel via DHL: 5.50 EUR.
Dispatch to Europe (you have to choose):
  • Insured shipping per parcel via DHL: 14.00 EUR.
  • Uninsured shipping per parcel: 5.00 EUR. But please do not ask us, if a parcel doesn't arrive.
Dispatch to USA:
  • Insured shipping per parcel via DHL: 25.00 EUR.
Claims and exchanges
To satisfy our customers completely, claims and exchanges of any other kind will be accepted within 4 weeks of invoice date. Please put the invoice, or even better a copy of the invoice, into the shipment. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including any CD,DVD,VHS tape or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap). If community discount is claimed during the revocation period of a membership order, the right of revocation of the annual membership is also left out. We will accept returns only if all postal charges are paid by sender. Audio-visual products will not be replaced unless there is a defect in the production. So please give a short statement for returning the goods. Discrepancies between the colour of the pictures on the webshop and the colour of the delivered products are results of a technical process and do not present any defect.
Usually we deliver your order within 7 days (within Germany). We will do our best to deliver all items of your order to you at once so you do not have to wait for an article to arrive. In addition to that the mail delivery service needs time to get the package to you, please keep in mind that we do not have any influence on that.
We are always trying hard to deliver in the shortest time possible but around Christmas or when a new album is released deliveries might take a little longer than usual. Please do not instantly send hate mails, we are trying really hard to "get it done"...!!!

You`ll receive a cheque about the order value and, in case of a justified return, on top the postal charges.
Defective shipments
Make sure that you accept only undamaged parcels from the postal service; in case of doubt, open it in the presence of a postman. Never accept damaged parcel's !!, because of showing the will to take damaged goods with this behaviour. If there are some problems or discrepancies, please write down the name of the postman.
Returns / Rescission of contract
We refund the postal charges for the return after receipt of the goods, only if you revoke the contract of sale in written form (via e-mail or postal letter) within 14 days after receipt of the goods and only if the gross value of the order amount exceeds 40 EUR. The postal charges are either credited back to the credit card used for the purchase or via international bank remittance.
Our shipment fees will not be refunded, unless the returned good/goods is/are subject to implied warranty.
Complaints
A full refund of the purchase price cannot be claimed if the value of the good is reduced by signs of use, which does exceed the usual examination of the good (e. g. washed and dried clothes, opened protection films of CD's and DVD's, spots and stains, etc.), by signs of destruction or any other circumstances the customer is responsible for. The delivered goods can only be used for the examination and have to be returned unwashed, with the original label and inside the original package.

Further claims are excluded.
